Excellent breakfast, good sauna

Very difficult to find , signs are misleading , pointing one way and the actual route is different. The advert picture is deceptive in that you feel it should be in a secluded spot the middle of countryside, in fact is actually in the village itself and the entrance is set back between 2 buildings. Alot more could be done to the hotel to make it look and feel like a 4 star hotel, entrance is not imposing and decor not warm and friendly

Excellent breakfast. Excellent room. Easy access to wi-fi in the room. Very comfort hotel 30 min by car from romantic city Bruges.

Visitors can not walk around the all dependencys because the hotel also serves as venue events in other galleries.

Too bad the wellness and the hotel are completely separate.And it wasn't possible to have something to eat before 6.30 PM. We didn't really recognize the building when we saw it, compared to the picture. The spa was smaller that we thought it would be.

I never had such a high value for money. A part of the old Monastry has been refurbished into a very nice designed hotel.

The hotel was very beautiful with a unique character, lots of free car parking space, breakfast was of a good standard, Staff were very friendly, professional and helpful. We would certainly stay again.

Not very impressed with the cleanliness of the bathroom: white residue sticking to sides of the bath, dust on the tissue box, glasses smeared and shower screen not clean.

The staff friendliness,especially the two ladies in the resteraunt/bar at night who were very friendly and pleasant.

The menu was very limited and not up to the standard I would have expected. The meal at night was not particularlywell cooked.

We liked the rooms because they were very comfortable and breakfast service was excellent ! The man who received us very late at night was more than kind and helpful. Of course we would very much like to come back to your hotel and obviously we will recommend it !

It is not easy to find it, and more if it is late at night. We could thanks to GPS, but almost gave up due to snow and lack of hotel signals.

the situation of the hotel is very nice, although in the middle of nowhere. The location is very nice (loft in very old building like an old monastery)...

we had dinner during our stay... the menu we took, was not worth the price... low quality, low quantity and dessert was even very bad. Main dish was ok. No service in the sauna (no drinks / nobody at the reception of the sauna) ... but it was quiet so that was fine. No jacuzzi and no pool however... only dry sauna, bio sauna and hammam... no so many choice to go ....

very friendly and kind receptionist, even the waitress in the restaurant, they gave us some useful information. perfect decoration and excellent sauna center in the hotel are relaxing. spacious and new decorated room, even the washroom.

I found blond hairs(i am not a blond) in the room, i can not judge whether it is from previous customer or from an animal. I advice the hotel to separate the room for customers with animals from others, which doesnot mean I do not like dog. Indeed this experience influenced my review for the hotel.

extremely friendly and helpful staff. we arrived late in the evening and the lady at the reception was kind enough to recommend us an open restaurant nearby (carpe diem) with excellent food and called there to make sure they would not close down prior to us arriving there. nice and clean rooms with high ceilings and a lot of air. nice window views in all four directions. a spacious free parking lot. free broadest band wireless internet inside! breakfast buffet had somewhat limited choice of veggies, but as for the rest - very fresh and tasty. my single room was a real bargain at 63 euro/night! i absolutely recommend this wonderful hotel!

first, i wanted to give this hotel's location a 'good' instead of 'excellent' mark, but on a second thought i must admit st.laureins is indeed a very travellers' friendly location for both belgium and nl destinations in this area. summary: there was nothing i did not like about the hotel.
